Warranty:
All products have a 1 year limited warranty from the date of the delivery.
Within one year of the first delivery date I will repair / replace any manufacturing defects. This includes replacement batteries (including replacement labor if requested).
Return shipping to me is the responsibility of the customer. For certain destinations, I can repair products on site (I sometimes travel to NYC).
Returns and refunds:
All products have a 10 days no questions asked return policy.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Unless the product is defective, there’s a 4% return fee to cover the paypal transaction fees.
All canceled orders carry the same 4% fee for the transaction fees.
I am a very very small business and fees have a great impact on my ability to conduct business.
